TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
1. Schedule-
All play will begin on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 and end
on July 27, 2008. Players should expect to play from 7:00am
to 6:00pm. Finals will be held from 7:00am to 1:00pm on
Sunday, July 27.
2. Check-In-
All players must check-in at the Hilton El Conquistador
Resort (Presidio Registration Desk) by 2:00pm on Tuesday,
July 22. Team practice will be from 2:30 to 4:00 pm on
Tuesday, July 22.

3. Orientation-
Mandatory player/parent orientation will be held at the
Hilton El Conquistador Resort from 6:30pm to 7:30pm on
Tuesday, July 22.
4. Coaches Arrival & Meeting -
All sectionally appointed coaches should plan on arriving
by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, July 22. A mandatory coaches
meeting will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, July 22 at the
Hilton El Conquistador Resort. Coaches must attend this
meeting and be prepared to conduct team practices at 2:30pm
on Tuesday, July 22.
5. Player Parent Seminars-
Throughout the tournament week seminars will be held for
players and parents. This schedule will be available at
check in. All players and parents are expected to attend
these events.
6. Awards-
All players will receive participation medals. Teams placing
first and second will receive designated winner and finalist
medals.
7. Departure-
Players should expect to depart on Sunday, July 27, 2008
after 1:00pm. Singles finals will be played on Sunday,
July 27 in the morning. All players will have singles matches
during this time. It is possible that a departure before
1:00pm could occur, in the event players are scheduled
early in the morning. Wherever possible the tournament
committee will try to accommodate airline schedules, but
this cannot be guaranteed.
